onto the private terrace.
- The
kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric
cooker and is very well
equipped. All seating is for eight people and there is a TV, DVD and CD player.

The terrace
features a
built in BBQ and a rather large palm tree. Part of the terrace is well shaded by
bay trees in our otherwise south facing
garden.

size bed) with access from dining area and directly from the terrace. Suitable
for disabled with a shower and WC and hand basin. wardrobe and chest of
drawers. bedside lights.

The gite shares the fully
fenced heated pool with the Bed and Breakfast guests and sometimes our
daughters aged 11 and 15
- The property benefits from
full central heating which is included in the off season price.
- The gite has 2 parking
spaces next to its own private terrace in the garden of the Villa des Roses.
A third parking space can sometimes be made available and always available
off peak season.

A baby sitting service is
availble (5€ per hour) if you wish to try the local restaurants - no car
or taxi needed!!
- A cleaning deposit of 50€ is
required when you arrive at the gîte. This will be reimbursed if the
gîte is left completely cleaned when you leave. You may also choose
to leave this deposit to pay for the cleaning.

à un lit de 160cm avec accès à la pièce de vie et à la terrasse
extérieure. Cette chambre est accessible aux personnes handicapées. Portes
de 90 cm, large salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et
WC.
- A l'étage, une
chambre, avec 2 lits de 90cm, armoire et lampes de chevets. salle de bains
avec baignoire, lavabo et WC.

avant votre arrivée et changés toutes les semaines.

Le gite partage la
piscine et sa terrasse avec les clients des chambres d'hôtes et parfois nos
2 filles (12 et 16 ans)

Le gîte est
entièrement chauffé au chauffage central, sans supplément pour les
locations hors saison.

Le gîte a 2 places de
parking à proximité, dans le jardin. Une troisième est disponible
hors saison.
